Are you ready to live a healthier, happier life?!
Our approach to healthcare is holistic.
The services you can expect with every treatment include: acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage, nutritional and lifestyle guidance. As you start to heal, we will continue to work across all aspects of your life to prevent reoccurrence.
Generally speaking, acupuncture is accumulative; in as little as four weeks of treatment you will see improvement if not a total resolution of your chief complaint. Many patients start to see improvements in other areas of their lives and continue treatment.
This modality works very well at strengthening overall health and preventing future illness. It also works to manage everyday stress, keeping the body and nervous system relaxed.
Below you will find the initial intake form. Please download it and bring it into your first appointment already completed. Answer the questions as honestly as you can to the extent that you are comfortable. There are no wrong answers. You are in a constant state of evolution and the intake questionnaire will help to paint a picture of how we can best help you heal and grow.
Insurance
Shen Shu Acupuncture is an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. Insurance coverage for acupuncture treatment varies widely from one plan to another – even among plans offered by a single insurer. We will be happy to verify what coverage your insurance provides for acupuncture treatment, and whenever possible, we will be happy to bill your insurance directly for the cost of your treatments. Acupuncture bills usual and customary fees for all services.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved solely for you. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to your appointment. If you are unable to cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance, a cancellation charge for the full treatment fee for the appointment will apply.
Payment
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) are accepted forms of payment.
